Shipping Information

Items are shipped within 3 business days via USPS. You can expect your package about 3-5 days after shipping, though sometimes the USPS experiences slow-downs that are out of my control.

I package in either bubble mailers or small boxes with paper packing materials, depending on the size of the object, and use recycled materials whenever possible.

Returns/Exchanges

I work hard to ensure my products are solid and of high quality and that my descriptions are accurate. Please order carefully with respect to size, color, etc. 

If there is a problem with your item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will work with you to fix it. I want you to love your product and your buying experience. 

Refunds/exchanges will be offered for:

1. Damage during shipping
2. Incorrect product sent
3. Quality issues 

Item must be returned within ten days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any items lost during return shipping.

Initial purchase and shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item. Or, if requested, item will be exchanged for another or repaired. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours.
